I would say a combination of Wheel bearings, under inflation, and perhaps the outside tire was replaced causing different diameters in the set.

Thanks. I just want to learn. Thing is I distinctly remember the trailer wasn’t especially bad when I pulled it. I saw it in pretrip and just took it to the yard. Figured it was the right thing to do. Wasted 4 hours while I waited. All I learned was drop it for the next poor loser to deal with. What a horrible system and no wonder the company CSA score isn’t that good.lovesthedrive Thanks this. -

With a lot of what Espressolane said, there will be other tells on the tyre.
