    Yes and because he left he has plausible deniability. And the “insurance” adjuster said well lesson learned making me feel like I did something wrong.... it was like a well oiled machine.

    I’ve heard of truckers being the number one offender of leaving the scene. If he had just said. Hey. I’m gonna leave tell the adjuster to give you $5000. Then it would have been a win win situation.

    Well that’s good to know. And right there I can’t see his turn signal. He did good he wasn’t being dangerous. If he had just told me the game I would have said. Yeah you’re a stand up guy. I just wish I was in on the game too.

    Even the ####ing cops saying to me. You don’t want to file an accident report. Basically saying if you file a report your insurance is going up. It was like everyone was in on it all to protects J.B. Hunt!

    There is no game being played. They payed you to go away even if it was YOUR fault. Pretty good deal. I would take it and run instead of coming across like someone who is trying to figure out how to scheme "The Man".

    No they are not life saving.

    If a big rig hooks your car... your life is in danger of ending in a few moments as a very interesting death with you in the front row seat losing chunks of your body in technicolor.

    You got paid very little. And it's standard. Most people are all shook from a encounter with a great big 18 wheeler and find just how strong 40 ton really is against a little car.

    You get to live some how. Light a candle in church and go forward with your life.
