Got a load from Iams in Henderson NC. Live load. Six hours. Headed for Braselton GA. Only got to the SC welcome center later at 10pm. Barely got a spot here. Oh yeah hate the new ELD. Can't compromise the clock anymore! Enough!

 

What needs to happen is a lot of these shippers and receivers need to get more efficient in their operations as far as loading and unloading are concerned.... No more of this we don't have Room crap well you ordered it so take it.... on the shipping side them not having the load ready to load because they haven't picked the order yet that's inexcusable they schedule the truck to be there the truck is there they should have it already staged on the dock to load...

 

Farming is looking better all the time.

 

That's not going to happen until a financial penalty is involved.

 

Now, on the other end, it only took 20 minutes to unload at the Braselton (GA) annex building of Petco. Roderick Ganther and his crew do a world class job getting us unloaded. I have been trying to find a way to contact his superiors to give him a huge shoutout. Live unload 20 minutes loaded to 42k. Remarkable!

 

Picked up at Marquis flooring in Chatsworth GA going to Shelby IA and Menards. Due on Friday before midnight. No problem. My kind of run.

 

Well RM I just finished reading all 97 pages. Once again you’ve created a fair and honest assessment of your current employer. Ive been in this game for 27 yrs and you’re a great resource for both newbies as well as us old timers.

I love the way they run you, and I love running West too. Based on this thread you have put FCC at the top of my list. Not sure if I’ll be at the top of their list but I know where I’ll start looking.
