Here's from IWX website, so call to verify if you're interested in this company:
"Our driver mentoring program, featuring best in class trainers, helps new CDL holders reach their full potential."

Ty @Chinatown, you rock as always.

    TTR is this website forums.

Team driving is not for everyone. You get to discover each other's strengths and weaknesses pretty well. If you two have not pulled out swords and chopped each other up in a space smaller than most bathrooms today.

Maybe if I could tie my partner to the back of the trailer as an early alarm system for when I'm about to back into something...

Schneider don't allow no Intelligent Life Forms in their trucks. Definite deal breaker for me.

Magnum.... I'm going back to Magnum a week from now. Very good company. Work with you. Definitely get you home to Louisiana. Base pay for you would be 46 cents a mile. But! All you have to do is watch the Safety Videos each month...another 8.5 cents a mile. Hazmat endorsement = 1 cent on all miles and 5 cents on Hazmat miles. Then mileage bonus. etc. etc. ... Can go as high as 65 cents a mile for a driver.
I have to admit. I really liked it there. Why I'm going back. I tried Oil Field...forget it.
Only hesitation I have for you is; You might not realize how good you have it at Magnum. Leave... then come back.

Sounds like a much better sales pitch than a motorcycle raffle.

Here's one you can call and ask about no-touch freight:
    Navajo Express
✔ Minimum 4 months OTR within the past 3 years, tractor-trailer experience, OR recent driving school graduate
✔ Must be at least 21 years old
✔ Good MVR, driving history, and work history

I bet you could get into beer/beverage/food service today and make really good money. Also try the local ltl companies, there are a few that will hire with school only and you will make really good money.

I spent 8 years in the deaf system of schooling that has that phrase... "Reach your full potential"

Years later I visited the old school, put the bobtail down into a proper parking space with a inch all around. One teacher said is that all you good for in life? I told her listen you battleaxe it would be up to you to turn out quality people instead of preaching full potential until they regurgitate the same tired lesson plans you built in 1950 to get a passing grade.

That did not go well. (A back story, I have crossed swords with her since what we would call the 3rd grade in the other campus of the deaf school. she was such a hell raiser as a teach and not a good fit for us all.)

That pete can benefit from more cab attic space up there. They should have swept the air sheild from the eyebrows straight up and back. That half pinch to me looks like they are trying to cheap out on the necessary human things inside that tractor.
