Got a split open sidebox...I hope nothing fell out before I found this...

 

Always good to see the real issues of the industry being hashed out.

 

For several years the kids have ridden around in this power wheels Beetle, top speed 2.5 mph. It comes with a 6 volt battery.



Pretty lame, so the answer is a voltage upgrade. Out with the 6 volt 4ah battery and in with the new 12 volt 10ah. Double the voltage, double the speed and much longer run time. Just cut off the old connector, put an inline fuse and some blade style terminals. Battery is about $35.


New battery is slim enough and fits perfectly, and being AGM you can stand it upright. The motor is meant to run on 12 volts so it won’t harm it. Now it’s fast enough to enjoy driving around.

 

An update on the sister in law...

She and her new found trucker friend did meth and read Bible verses to each other all the way to Denver. Her mom picked her up and took her to the hospital.

I guess the blood sugar meter only goes to 700 and it was over that. They've got it down to 200 now. Normal is under 100.

She's got pancreas issues and liver problems too. And they're going to check her out for mental health issues too.

Wife wants to thank those of you who chimed in the other day when I was asking who would give someone like that a ride around the country.

I guess the bigger question IS,

How many crackheads are out there driving big trucks on a daily basis?

LMAO, how were your wings the other day? Some people like teriyaki wings and I say IKR! Sometimes hot wings should come with a disclaimer to CYA. I don’t know if KFC would ever cater a PTA meeting, but I’d offer some to the DOT. If they don’t like them you are SOL.
