I was told one time the feed has to be there before the cattle......sorta some truth in that

Well I all so haul the stuff the shovel is made out off. We all know what the shovel does. Still a poverty level carrer level.

 

Make darn sure that you run across the scale in Whitehorse and get your permit stamped. If you don't the Watson Lake scale will raise holy hell on your way back south... If your within I believe 25 kilometers or less you have to cross the #######. And make sure your ducks in a row when you do.
I learned this little bit the hard way a few years ago.
Make sure you have a stamped copy of your 2290 and insurance certificate to get your trip permit in Watson Lake.
They had some budget cutbacks recently so it is possible for them to be closed late at night. If they are closed, they said it's perfectly fine to keep on trucking and get your permit in Whitehorse.
