I get a 6% match and then it goes up higher than that but it's not a 100% match over 6%.

They contributed about .77 for every dollar I put in my 401k last year. I contributed 17% of my own money into the 401k.

So the lowest paying region is down south? :p

They've definitely got UPSF beat on the earnings progression... I started at 28 and it'll go up to 28.65 in four years ROFL. Then after that it goes up 50 cents per year for another four years for a whopping 32$ by 2027 UNLESS the next negotiation they raise the bar.

The Teamsters screwed up last year by not having the progression adjusted for inflation at least....

You guys don't get an annual adjustment for inflation outside of the normal step progression?

Ok so as of last check stub on the 25th, I am at $61,200 gross ytd and $45,800 net ytd, by my calculations, I am averaging $6800 a month, if I can keep this pace, I should be able to make about $81,000 for the year, but we are headed into winter so who knows, no this isn't a pay stub, but it is truthful and accurate, the numbers are both rounded down because I don't think a couple bucks matter.
