Arkansas Television News Announcing

Normally I just let the News Media do what it is they do here in Arkansas.

I caught a broadcast article on THV 11 on our television some time ago tonight. They essentially stated that they wish to gut Cruise Ships and so forth.

What will go into the People, particularly Truckers beginning with Maverick Trucking, JBH etc. they are going to implement Hair Follicle Testing collectively in Arkansas and begin as Association to treat it as a Gold Plated Standard to decide if someone did drugs, if so, how much and so forth.

They think Urine testing panels is ok, but they constantly went gaga over the Hair Follicle Testing.

People like myself I am not too concerned, However if it is pulled and the MRO decides yea it/s hot over there under the hat on yonder chair.

Snip. snip. Snip. And Snip.

Hire more and more drivers.

 

Indeed That is the rub. The Association in the State apparently has decided to adopt it and make it their own. (Did I write that correctly?)

I think this will be something that will be resolved at the Supreme Court level or higher.
