What if it Snows?

I have to ask and this is a serious question,

Why does california always have that smell of garbage that has been sitting for a day or two?

I think california has some of the weirdest smells...

Have a couple of direct customers that have locations in California. Dropping down from Cajon pass or off the west side of I-80 into the valleys and see the brown layer. Spend the next 2 or 3 days hacking and blowing crud from the sinuses.

Thing is, Salt Lake City is getting just as bad.
