my 2014 i lugged to a 1000 rpms never once had a problem with the harmonics. should not have to run the truck at high rpms which is burning more fuel in order to not have a vibration. i have a friend with 7 brand new kw's same set up pulling tanks in the mountains and truck is smooth in a pull as it is on flat land. even when lugged down to 1100 rpms. thanks for the input every little bit helps but i still believe there is an issue somewhere.

Might be an injector. I was under the impression from Eaton that the pre-damper clutch was required with the Cummins X series engines.

I guess it's my turn, unfortunately. I've got a 2020 389 565hp 2050tq 18spd with 56k miles and this vibration deal has just started on mine... Does it under a load typically between 64-75 mph which is generally where I roll at...
When coasting at those speeds it's fine but when pulling the floor right at my feet is vibrating along with the peddle... Sounds like something is rubbing really bad...
Sounds like this issue started on the 2018 year from what I've gathered here, you would think they would have the issue fixed on a 20?
This stuff gives me a headache. -
It’s suspension related your air ride is too low

Suspension is too low or angles are out or both and the cab air is too high needs adjustment
