Is there a way that i can review my DAC without my team leader knowing? Kinda keep tabs on what is being said about me (or not-even better)?

You can check it anytime, but usually it only gets updated after you leave a company. Go to www.hireright.com. Nobody will know unless you tell them.

your personnel file will have things about you however.
but not too many current employers give out too much information on you as well. -
You get one free DAC each year.
Also any employer tells you that your application is denied because your previous employer has blacklisted you (Happened to me years ago...) then you formally write that employer under labor laws and have them send you a written everything showing your application and it's result, denied due to previous employer telling them you are B/L, find a lawyer and examine the laws of the state that previous employer is in and see if its legal to sue or not.
In my case, Indiana allows that one employer to verbally on phone use that word B/L but never in writing specifically in law. If they wrote to the other employer looking at my app, then by the time Indiana courts finish with my suit, I will own that company lock stock and barrel. After 10 years it does not matter anymore because DAC is reset after 10 years blank slate. That employer in indiana will never be contacted ever again. It literally did not happen. (It did in my lifetime, but no employer today will look that far back...) so thats ancient history. Over. Done.
IF you have a frame of mind to question what people are talking about you... get into the shop of your company type into any computer keyboard your unit number inside the shop computer and you will discover dispatcher or company notes allowing or disallowing dispatching on what dates and why. They may chase you out of the shop, but you will have what you need to know from inside their own computers. That's how I once learned that my truck is not to be dispatched until pending operations interview monday am for firing. Its not difficult on quiet saturday night when no one tells you anything. (On purpose...)
Otherwise dont trouble yourself with all that silly stuff. Just focus on your trucking. Let em talk like magpies in the feeder all day if that is what amuses them. Just don't do anything stupid to create yourself a converstation subject. For example...
One time a FFE multi million mile trucker with a company pete, presidents fleet etc. In Arizona one night. Sits on a rail crossing. As on A rail crossing. Gets everything forward of the windshield and cab chopped off by train.
Ends up front page news in the local Dallas Texas Newspaper on every desk inside FFE. Just half a truck with the multimillion mile safe driver detail on the sleeper side in the middle of absolute nowhere Arizona.
Thats why people talk.
Dont worry about it. You are only adding to your own stress where there is nothing to worry about at all.
