So I've been driving for prime a little over a yr. Was great at first but has declined considerably over the past 6 months. Lower paying loads and more down time than I am willing to accept. I'm asking for recommendations for a good company that I will make at least 75k a yr at. I dont take much home time and have had 0 tickets and no accidents.
    Thanks in advance

What division do u drive? Which endorsements? Where is your location? 75k minimum is a bit of a stretch pulling general freight, u would need to specialize in something

Have you thought about switching to tanker or flatbed, than move on?
With two years experience and one in tanker you should have no problem making 75 .

Leonard's Express hires out of PA. www.leonardsexpress.com
I see their trucks running through Las Vegas often.
I don't know how much you'll make there, but they do have long runs.

    Research these two:
    MC VanKampen - 75 mph/no northeast. www.mcvankampen.com
Frock Bros. Trucking -I think pays percentage. www.frockbros.com

MC VanKampen website has 24 mos. exp., but their drivers post they hire with 12 mos. exp.

Yeah, those are the local delivery guys, and that's fine a killer job on the body unloading your food down into basements of restaurants. Out of Pittsburgh I'd go tanker. Lots of Chemical freight there.

have you thought about hauling fuel? I drive at Marathon Petroleum. I’m a local driver and I’m paid hourly. You can easily start at $75k and go up to $100k with time.
