Is it a legit hopper or? Saw a couple guys the other day taking the roof off a van turning it into something.

 

Legit no, hopper yes.

 

I keep seeing loads from contracted shippers on the boards, and honestly can't really blame them for taking advantage of 1999 rates. Did my 2 week "I'm still alive" check in with dispatch and told him I was getting ready to winterize the truck and put it next to the boat until rates thaw. Every time I'd see one pop up on the boards and took the time to convince myself that I could probably haul that cheap, it would be gone. Maybe the longer I sit it out, the quicker those guys go bankrupt?

 

I would guess that the even pressure of the load is the only thing keeping it from folding up, or did they add some support along the top?

 

I just threw up in my mouth.

 

I havent seen it up close, except to look at the tandems. But there has to some support up top.

 

There isn't much benefit to Alberta staying either. There's decent arguements for both sides. I really honestly don't know what the answer is to this. I feel we've been let down a lot the last few years. Leaving wouldn't be an easy transition either. No police force, no national defence, trade agreements etc.
