Our daycab pete has the bumpout back wall, which is extra dumb with a seat that has a fixed backrest nearly vertical. Plenty of room for johnny to pack his trashbags behind it i guess.

I got that C15 back up onto the plateau last night with exactly 29psi of oil pressure. Had to tell the boss no, i will not drive it today. Im not gonna be the one to spin a bearing and wipe out a crank for you. It spit the oil fill plug out last night and HOSED the driver side everything down. Theres oil dripping out of the friggin peterbilt badges. Im back in my truck pulling a super low step today for first time. Kinda like it.

So much for an easy top set. Priced out a cam at just under 5g. Pretty sure it will get a new follower and keep running.

 

Must have had an access door to the engine inside the back?

 

Another reason to work on Saturdays is to pay for someone else to dig a 100 foot long trench will multiple catch basin drains so water doesn’t come in the house anymore. I’ve got several more relaxing Saturdays to work to pay for this one.
