I hate doing 90 degree backs. 45 is easier on the trailer. Um did I miss something somewhere? Since when is Millis "62 max"?

Since he was naughty during training in my truck and got popped for being in left lane by Lafayette on 65 lol. Hes supposed to be at 66mph for a yr then go to 70 but safety violations like tickets or accidents will bump down to 62

Yea 62 is excessive in my opinion especially for a whole fn year for just being in the far left lane of 65 thru Indiana. Honestly its prob my biggest complaint about Millis is the way they handle safety violations. Punishing someone for an entire yr is ridiculous, and treating all safety violations the same isn't right.

There should be a minor and major infraction guideline. Especially as a training company where they know #### is going to happen.

But if thats 1 of my biggest gripes about a company then I'd say the company is doing something right lol

So just a lil update on the Heartland RFID transmitter things being put on the trucks. I ran into David Millis, Dan Millis, Steve Millis, and the President of Heartland today in CVille lol. Actually talked and BS'd with them for 10 or 15mins. I dont have any earth shattering news to share other than being told to my face from David Millis the same thing we've all been told in messages....NOTHING IS CHANGING. So do with that what you will.

Reagrding the transponder things eventually the plan is for us to be able to access Heartlands terminals and use their truck wash bays they have. Unlimited amount of times unlike the 1 wash a month at Beacons and they said it doesnt take long at all. That was the 1 specific thing they mentioned regarding the transponder. So again not earth shattering but news none the less I figured id pass on.

62 and I'm still rolling up on people fast. A JB Hunt truck was just tottering down 70 going 35...no 4-ways. Plus all the idiot 4 wheelers who can't figure out they can accelerate to 70 IN the ramp and acceleration lane.

Lol early today I was thinking my biggest pet peeve is how people always find their peddle while I’m trying to pass. That and moving over to let someone merge onto highway. Then they match my speed and don’t let me back over in the right lane.

Another Opie vacation week that I get completely F'D on miles. 1950 miles for the week and told to go home empty. Amazes me how 1 guy can get me 2800-3500 every single week, but minute he goes on vaca they can only manage to get me 1900 to 2000. Absolutely ridiculous
