oh, i knew how to do a run from one end of MA to the other end, ( either Lee, MA or Adams, MA, near the NY border) and then VA in the 10 hour driving time, especially when i was supposed to take an 8 hour break, due to the actual hours and miles.
dispatch could care less, i was well taken care of, with as many loads as i could handle. i loved running, and when i'd say "i want time off", they gave it to me, knowing that when i got back, i'd run my butt off.

Sad state of affairs pressure on drivers today really affect health. High stress all the time coupled with junk food and no Time to really exercise. The company regulates hometime 2weeks out 2 days home. But then you spend one weekend or day hanging out in the truck stop. Trucking can ruin households it's just greed that most on the road. I pull ltl it's not a cake walk or dream of job. It's stressful and monotonous linehaul. Thank
