With the KW W900 and the flat top studio sleeper, a person can stand up in it. I am 6' 2" and I can stand up in it.

starmac, D.Tibbitt and Lepton1 Thank this.

What's the clearance on the W9 flat tops? They seem to stick up a bit further than the Pete flat tops. I'm guessing 10'8" at least if they've got that much interior height.

    Feedman and Lepton1 Thank this.

Depends on if it’s an aerocab or modular.

Better aero, lower weight, more clearance for tight areas. Shorter overall length. Lots of reasons.

    misterG and RollinThunderVet Thank this.

Big motor, heavy frame. Put a small flat top on it and you got a truck that'll weight less, out work and out live that cookie cutter p.o.s!

7-UP, misterG, exhausted379 and 4 others Thank this.

Less frame length means less weight.

    I own a w9, and its 5k heavier than my 09 volvo 780.
    W9 averages 5.8mpg, 780 was around 7.2.
Turning radius sucks, rides worse, rattles more, the w9 is only 2 years old and most of the cabinets are coming apart. The 780 was still solid at 10yrs and 1mil miles.
Talk all the crap you want, but Volvos are better for 90% of the jobs out here. Long nose trucks are for looking nice, and heavy hauling. Then again with the reintroduction of the VNX, Volvo competes in that area too.

    alds Thanks this.
