Physical renew mishap

Hello all.

Got my self into some trouble a couple of weeks ago and need some advice since I can't seem to find the answers from google.

I went in to work to get the paperwork for my renewal on my physical since it would be expiring soon. Unfortunately I had forgotten what the physical entails and was ill prepared. More specifically I forgot about the urine analysis test and had a completely empty bladder with no liquids consumed that morning.

So I tried explaining this to the nurse and we decided that I would just drink water and wait till I had to go. After about an hour and a half I was told to come in the next day. I didn't think any thing of this and just said okay and left.

Unfortunately I had other errands to run the following day and figured id just get it done next week. My weekend ends and I call for a load and find out that I've been fired since the clinic reported that I "refused" a drug test.

So I need to know if its still possible to get another CDL job or if I just screwed my self. What would I need to do to fix this?

 

That's what I thought but for some reason they reported to my work that "i refused a drug test" even though it wasn't a drug test.

 

Titus transport. I tried explaining over the phone but they said there was nothing they could do. Tried calling HR in Texas. Couldn't get a reply

 

To your manager specifically or are you saying I should get a hold of mine?
