Superior Carriers & Henniff

Agreed, I can't find anything online.... but the news was also verified by a terminal manager

 

It won't be officially announced until early next year if anyone was actually bought out.

 

Figured as much, sounds like we'll be merging with Heniff, or they'll be merging with Superior... at least that's better than Schneider.

 

If anything let's hope this is the case w/ Henniff. From what I can tell from the outside looking in these two companies appear to be roughly the same size w/ Superior perhaps being a bit bigger. Both seem to have similar operating philosophies though so that's better news than Superior getting swallowed up by the chaos that appears to be daily life at Schneider bulk.

 

Yup, that's when we found out that both hit the auction block, that wasn't what I was asking about. Today my husband found out that investment firm bought out both Heniff and Superior and sounded like they may be merged. A terminal manager also confirmed this so I was just wondering if anyone else heard anything. I'd like to know who the investment bank is just out of curiosity... thanks anyway

 

Yup, agreed... just wish they weren't so secretive, I'd like to know who the investment firm is that supposedly bought them

 

I'm not so sure a terminal manager would actually know if this was happening.

 

Or more like a regional manager, not just terminal

 

We got an email this week
Stating Heniff has partnered with a new investor, What that exactly means?
I'm going to ask questions when I get back to the yard

 

I'm sure you'd rather superior then Schneider. Lol I don't think you really want to running local Ecolab loads.
