You're required to tell your company btw, but wait till you go to court and get it handled. Do anything you can do get it reduced/dismissed. Throw yourself at the mercy of the court and pay a huge fine to make it go away. -

More then likely you'll lose your job if convicted Hire a traffic attorney. Theres a really good chance they reduce it.
