The list of mistakes and stupidity that you've posted is just never ending... Why not throw in the towel with open deck work and pull a van? You Apparently arent interested in doing the work the correct and legal way with everything you have posted on this site...

I have a factory installed suspension gauge on my tractor that is always right on the money and also have digital scales on tractor and the trailer. I bought these AppWeigh sensors recently because they are dirt cheap and install in minutes. You need to calibrate them first and always need to be on level ground to get an accurate reading. If your driver keeps the same tractor and trailer you can put them on both. The app on the smart phone is free. There may be other options that are better, but these are easy. I suggest you weigh each load for a while until you are confident these work correctly.
