A local driver initiated a lawsuit due to not receiving meal breaks.It has now been certified as a class action.
What did they do to royally tick this driver off?

FAIL
This has been tried before in the transit industry. What part of labor laws not applying to transportation doesn't the ambulance chaser understand. We are governed in most states by the states version of HOS for intrastate driving and by the FMCSA's rules for interstate.

Not to take sides, but I would have thrown the case out of the window. First comes the guy that wants to sue due to not taking a meal break. Second, someone will sue because he can't shower. Third, someone will sue because blah blah blah.....
