Thats $71317.87 gross pay plus $15274.96 in per diem pay. Still got 1 more check to be added into this years gross income and its a 3500 mile check.

Like I said plenty of miles and plenty of $$$ to be made at Millis if you know what you are doing. And I don't live in the truck.

The best part is that most of those miles came with you in the passenger seat.

Its about 50/50. Ive trained 4 guys this yr that have got their own truck. On average I get each student done in 6wk . So roughly 24wks with a student and I've had 2wks vaca and 2wks unpaid vaca. So about 24wks on my own too.

But again you dont need to be a trainer here to make $$. My 1st yr solo i was at 68k and my 2nd yr I was at 72k.

Several other non trainers here have commented miles arent a problem. But disgruntled ex millis employees who couldn't hack it here are always only going to see what they want to see

I'm not disgruntled . I've worked there three times. And they told me to come for a 4th if I wanted. It's a very good company. Best they are. I'm sorry for going back and forth with you. I just wished they hadn't sold out . You and your family have a very merry CHRISTMAS and a happy new year.

I'm at $55,000 in just less than 10 months time. Dividing that by 9.75 is $5,641 per month which would be $67,692 gross (before taxes) for the year. I am on straight pay. I get the .01 per mile for not taking their health insurance which is good for about $1,200 of that pay amount and have gotten all safety bonuses.

I am at the 4 year experience straight pay rate, do not train and stay out 2 to 3 weeks at a time with 3 to 5 days hometime after each outing. Sometimes do 10-11 days out and 3 home.
