Better take care of it. My friend did the same thing in Ga. He messed around , his license was suspended. About a week ago he played the fine and now waits for a judge signs off on it. He was told he is looking at Feb 07 2020 for that to happen.

I used to live in Georgia. In Georgia, traffic offenses are handled by State Courts(county) and city courts and in the case of a small town what is called a recorders court. Georgia leaves the process up to the judge's discretion when it comes to missing court. Some Judges will issue a Bench Warrant for the person and continue the case, leaving the DL valid for a time. If you fail to answer that Bench Warrant or ar out of state the Judge will order License action. Also, be careful with Georgia's SUPERSPEEDER law.

Find a lawyer to represent you, from the jurisdiction that wrote the ticket. You do not want a 13 over on your driving record.

I don't understand why you guys don't have a company like CDL legal. It is only 30 bucks a month. I have it and I haven't had a ticket in 25 years and my CSA is 0.
