I reported to my DC Monday morning at 8. Did HR paperwork and CBLs (Computer based learning.) Very boring 2 days. Then I went out with a trainer for 4 days. I think usually it works out that you're with the trainer for 3 days, so you only work 5 days, but oh well. He drove the first couple of days, and then I drove the last day of the first week, and all of the second week. After that, I was on my own. I'm pretty new. I started my onboarding on 11/11/19. Aside from some communication/organization issues, it's a pretty good job. I don't have decades of experience like some of these guys, but this is the best driving job I've had. It sure beats delivering smokes and candy to gas stations.

I am out of 6080 Tobyhanna and we only get 5%, not 10%
T.Rucker and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
New York drivers don’t get any 10% premium(unless changed). The only DC I heard that got extra % or something along those lines is the DC out by Pittsburg, PA.

Like @mxpx148 we get an extra 5% in NH (6030). I was told it was because our region is the Northeast...dunno but I’ll take the extra money haha
