    I was referring to legit companies - including Eastern European companies paying on W2 too. If drivers are paid on 1099 that's because of mutual agreement and mutual risk. Where are you based out of? No 1099s there...I doubt it?

    Indiana and ya we have them... I'm sure every state does just seems Chicago has the bulk of them... Kinda like the 1099 headquarters.

    No, I'm lazy! LOL

    My average at home was probably 4 nights a week, at least. I don't have anything to complain about, for sure.

    I just did a round-trip on a lane I never do. The money was so good, I couldn't pass it up. Delivered on Saturday morning and couldn't load until Sunday morning. So, I used some of my AMEX points and booked a room at a beautifully refurbished Holiday Inn Express. Man, I felt like I was living the high life ;-)
