    I don’t think I know of anybody that have those cable moisture and temperature senders. I don’t know the cost but around here I don’t think anybody is willing to spend the money on them

    Understood. It was a big investment for us. We like it especially in the larger diameter bins so we can keep an eye on them.

    We save money on electricity. We run the fans when the weather permits. The weather station that goes along with the system tells us what the fans are pushing into the grain such as the temp and relative humidity.

    Since we don't have a drier, we rely on the fans to dry the grain and with this system we can manage our grain better.

    Big potato farm near me put them in a 80,000 bu bin. When they went to empty it the cables started breaking and would get sucked into the auger. They had to cut holes in the bin to get it emptied.
