It could also begin when going under the limit such as what I had done 32 in a 45

The issue with fighting this ticket is that it is cheap only $54.00 .It is a NO POINT ticket that won't go towards your license, and the reason to pay it off is mainly because the court fees will be more than double the amount of the ticket (if you lose in court, you will stay have to pay court fees + ticket). Taking pictures of pot-holes and Ice spots won't do justice because some of the pot-holes are now filled (drove by that rode on last Thursday) and ice spots are not that much.

Ah, just the worse. Up in Canada if you lose you just have to pay your ticket, no court fees or anything.

    HotShot Trucker Thanks this.

I'd like to know why he's still impeding the flow of traffic. Them ice spots and pot holes don't seem to be slowing anyone else down.

I was driving slow because of Potholes and Ice spots. Those drivers were behind me, the police car was behind the car that was behind me, when I made a left turn to get onto another street I was pulled over by police car and issued ticket for delaying traffic. A friend of mine said that it is almost the end of the month, so the police just find a reason to ticket you. since it is a small fine the police know that the driver will just pay it instead of contesting the ticket. The courts here in NJ are one of the worst in the entire U.S. .

That's New Jersey for you, If I were you and you have a load or a pick-up going to or coming from New Jersey avoid it at all costs. Terrible streets, terrible drivers, everything terrible about this state, might as well call this state New New York because that is what it is becoming.

Anybody know companies that would hire with a 15 over speeding ticket? Been driving for 9 years and im a good driver, just spaced , trying to clean my sunglasses on cruise control at 65 when i entered the 45 and of course there was a cop there. Ive already shelled out the money for a lawyer who said they got experience with this cop and they sounded pretty optimistic, but it just feels like the apocalypse to me.
    Thanks

I’m from jersey too. I can vouch for him it isn’t hard getting a ticket here. They will ticket you for just about anything you do.

I’ve hit craters in Newark that made me catch air in a truck. Yeah these roads here are terrible.
