To call and cancel once you've committed to a load simply because you don't want to do it, or you found a better one isn't going to fly though.D.Tibbitt and Dale thompson Thank this. -

We've been doing 700-800 on short hops less than 200mi. Takes some time but you can still find some gems out thereD.Tibbitt and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
We've built up a relationship with the few brokers we work with. They know if we take a load its gonna be there on time and in a professional manner. They're always willing to pay more for top quality service. We constantly keep them updated, most we just shoot a text. You know time in/out/eta/when where will be empty.
Whenever we deal with a new broker we always tell them we have 2 trucks in the area and even if we don't book a load we tell em give us a call if you have stuff in our area.
Have yet to book a TQL/ch/convoy. Unless your names dave LS isn't even worth calling on you know if its on dat its most likely double brokered. Schneider has stuff in our area but they aren't willing to pay.
I like the smaller guys where you just deal with the same person. You get to know them, joke around with em and stuff. They remember things like that. They also remember if your a dick too. If they have something good they'll call us 1stD.Tibbitt, Dave_in_AZ and PPDCT Thank this. -
Brettj3876 and PPDCT Thank this.
