The age, no. Some members in this forum complain about other members for posting fake stuff. I’m just making sure he’s not doing the same. I thought he was around my age. I guess I was wrong.

I’m pretty sure that stuff is happening. Some employees think that’s normal. “Whatever big boss says.”

Employees need to stand up for themselves and send these companies to hell. Life is full of negotiations. You let so and so company treat you like dirt, well, they’ll continue treating you so, until you man up and tell them: No. They need to find a company that respects them. If they can’t find it, then they gotta create it.

One of our local stores did that for 20 years. You DID NOT want to be on that wall. It was the one place where your name and anything good with it can be destroyed permanently here in the south.

Sometimes I don't see the difference consider the friction imposed by the suits in this industry. Or the regular gaffs committed by those steering wheel holders who really should know better but are too lazy to care.

No, these things dont happen. The moment an employee picture goes up you have grounds for a disrimination lawsuit. Youd run the risk of a disgruntled employee showing up to work with a baseball bat or worse. Employers arent trying to go there in todays world. Nobody wants to make the 5 o clock news.

I understand we have some motor carriers get active shooters targeting so and so as a boss and take him or her out plus anyone brave enough to interfere. Nashville comes to mind. I think in memory they have had about two or three so far in my lifetime.

Thats where I come in as a concealed carry at the workplace here in this State. Shooters cannot not know there is no guns in the place. Or worse yet trained guns that can take them out as easy as one two three.

Any time a employee rages to the point of public disruption of the company operations, the law is called and they are the ones to storm in and carry them out with two on each limb yelling all the way to the paddy wagon.

I wish I could believe that, but there’s always something new going on. A few years ago, I remember seeing a list of drivers up on the drivers’ lounge wall in some shipper/receiver in Wisconsin. If I remember correctly, it mentioned DOT or HOS violations.

The better option is to not go there in the first place.
