Sundays? Nada. You will have to wait.

Scales DO exist. Two in Syracuse and others elsewhere.

I carried the original Class A number for life across two CDL's I still have a copy somewhere. Not really supposed to have that (Not license, just a paper copy) And can run that number off in memory. I still have that same number on my car license today.

The State School used to stick me on stage and carry 600 people through some sort of presentation or show beginning to end. Usually without very much warning. Other than particular information as to who is the special today and why we are there. No problems but someone snitched that I did not like public speaking as a matter of course. So... I ... became a little bit of a show man up there. My classmates loved it at times while the staff was less than pleased sometimes. =)

I say find the sorry sob who came up with this absolutely asinine way to improve the company and start posting his screw ups.

Shaming people is not the way to try to improve people. Fact of life.

What do all these mistakes by drivers say about the company?

I said I was slow. I find TMC’s program to be absolutely repulsive.

If I was to explain in detail some of the shenanigans some bad companies I ran for, they should spontaneously combust in the light of day. Usually it came down really simple. Why am I the idiot for staying with such a bad company for so long. I am out of there one way or another. I think the idiot part came from the endless teaching of parents to be loyal to the company, be strong in your place of employment and so on.

HA... you can be strong in certain ways when bosses derail the truck for the day.

This is 2020 right? and we are talking about dealing with adults right? I cant believe, no thats not true, I can believe that TMC has no ability to manage people. Most trucking companies are clueless when it comes to managing people
