    I don't know what unit that is, but some models have an external antenna connection that helps. Garmin has one for cheap on their website HERE.

    Well, their support forum doesn't offer much help, but if you haven't already you can read over this.

    I would also try moving it around and getting it away from your prepass and see if that helps any.

    See if you can use your phone as a hot spot and connect the gps wifi to it. The signal usually goes off of cellphone towers. If that doesn't work you can try to reset it. You will need a small pin to do it.

    I use both, GPS and Google Maps on a tablet, mounted to the dash. But a Truck specific GPS would be fantastic!

    I use a nighthawk mobile router. So its connected to wifi

    Have you tried the GPS provided by TTR? It’s called Hammer and it’s free. Worth a try.
