FYI I'm from Arizona. All you have to do is scan your long form physical into digital format and email the dmv a copy. They have an email address on their website. They'll update same day. I'm not sure about suspension, but next time it's easy peasy to update your medical card with the Arizona dmv.

    jsnell and Mountaintrucker4302 Thank this.

I would do just that but I FORGOT to bring my medical in my luggage! It's still in Chicago while I'm in San Diego.

Not really. Hard work and preparation doesn't equal good luck. Good luck is a roll of the dice. Hard work and preparation is just good sense and one hopes nothing negative gets in the way to ruin all that hard work and preparation...bad luck? LOL!. I get it though.

Roll of the dice is stupid. That's not calculated risk.

Things do get in the way that ruin a lot of hard work. That is a test of character.

Playing not lose is the best way to lose every time.

The old saying, " Fortune favors the bold." There's a reason it's not "Fortune favors the stupid."

WOW so my license is cancelled because I forgot to do my 5 year background check for my hazmat endorsement in January. My medical is completely fine so I must have turned it in. I thought my hazmat endorsement would simply fall off if I let it lapse!!

Now I'm gonna have to rent a car from salt lake to Arizona, repay for all my endorsements minus hazmat because I don't need it right now, and other applicable fees in order to have my license reinstated. And now I'll need a new flight to Chicago but prices skyrocketed to $600 and I won't have that money until Thursday. But then if I use that money then I can't make my bills for that week. And because I'm out of the truck and entire week now then I'll be stuck behind on payments.

    F#!k me right?
