    I have a problem and i am stuck on what to do.I had a dui ten years ago and a speeding ticket two years ago doing 17 over that was recently dismissed.My question is will a company hire me now that the 17 over was dimissed?I got my cdl a year ago and due to personal matters will now have to take a 80 hour refresher course.But i dont want to spend the money if im wasting my time.17 over is considered reckless driving.Will the dismissed charge help me?Please help with your thoughts.

    I'd worry more about the DUI. Companies are REALLY strict about that crap.

    Yes but the dui was ten years ago.Most companys only back five to seven years.

    If you look most good companies will say no DUI's ever. But you may get lucky but I'd sure contact some companies before I put any money into school. How do you get a speeding ticket dismissed two years after?

    I would also like to know how one can get a speeding ticked removed after a year or two of it being on youre record.

    Just found out the school can get me a job.Hopefully trans am.As far as how i got the ticket dismissed,MONEY and a good laywer.

    I know there are a lot of old truckers out there that would say i dont need to be driving a truck,but i really am a good driver and have paid for my mistakes.I too have a family to take care of.Thanks for your support BoostedTeg.
