I just want to make this thread so that everybody can reply and we make a list. What companies are out there with what vehicles they drive?

I've been in old Cascadias, new Cascadias and the new International LT. The Cascadia was a bit more quiet at speed with the DD engine vs the Cummins but that #### Cummins could pull down the Sears Tower. I would say this LT accelerates at 80K at about the same rate my Cascadia did under 60K. I could tell if I was heavy in the Cascadia because I could hardly get it to move. This LT I arrived at a receiver at 83500 and had no clue I was overweight. I was keeping up with traffic even on the hills going to the location.

Also the LT rides better both loaded and bobtail. The new Cascadia had a much better sounding stereo than the cheap speakers in the LT. I installed a sound bar on the top bunk and put the subwoofer behind my seat. NOW I have great sound.

My old company ran nothing but Cascadias with like 3 volvos. And they also had Tripacs in every truck. This company gives you the electric HVAC system. Whisper quiet.

I've become a devotee of Paccar, having driven Cummins, Detroit, and one Cat.

I've heard horror stories of Paccar engines. I got to watch one very ambitious owner operator purchase his first truck. It had 660.000 miles on it. It was in great shape. That engine alone put him back to being a company driver. He said he would put 2 dollars into the engine for every dollar it made him.
