Well at least she helping you out dude, not a lot of girls out there would do that. She's a good woman. The blind pursuit of money and luxuries is a sure path to unhappiness. I can understand you wanting to take the best opportunities the choice board has to offer but you cant ignore the elephant in the room, alot of your problems started when you came to the east coast. I'm not telling you how to run your business but i think its best you stay on the west coast when you get truck back since you have home obligations. I have been over here since after christmas and its not too bad. The weather is really great on the pacific i5 corridor from cali to Washington. There are plenty of good paying loads coming out of los angeles. I dont really see why you jumped to the east coast so quickly.

I left to the Midwest and East coast for exactly that: to make money. As much as I could. I found I can't make as much in the west, with unfavorable rates, high fuel prices, high fuel taxes, CA traffic, slow speed limits and chain laws. Hometime be darned, I to produce results, even at the expense of home time

Well, my 2 daughters are not hypothetical ;-)

Now I am a little confused by your response. Is this situation:
    a) your fault
    b) your fiancee's fault
    c) your future in-laws fault
    d) your parents fault

Dave_in_AZ, Opus and spyder7723 Thank this.

No it's my fault. I can blame my lady for whatever but I'm the one who made the final decision on everything we have. I have a problem saying no

Flight is all set and I'm checked in, just need to show up to the airport in a few hours. Salt Lake to Chicago O'Hare with a layover in Phoenix. No plane change which is cool but I have the dreaded middle seat the whole way. Hopefully I have nice neighbors

Hell I'd like to fly it too! I'll rattle off checklists, calculate landing speeds and configure autopilot ILS approaches all day for 6 figures a year!!
