Did he bang on your door and ask if you wanted commercial company? Most lawyers are hoes, the only difference is the setting.

 

Seems silly to me. Just don’t break the law and you shouldn’t have to worry.

I was hoping someone would chime in on this that is paying for it.

 

Keep in mind, those payments are just retainers. Meaning that you're pretty much paying them to be on call for you. The real bills come when they have to start doing work

That quote sounds like the monthly dues. The problem is, when you REALLY need them, you will have to pay extra to get a lawyer to handle your problem. Yes, extra besides the monthly dues. And they will send the cheapest dumb@$$ to ever pass the bar exam to represent you. If he shows.

Get your own lawyer. Let him go to work.Get your situation taken care of.

what you weren't told, is pre existing issues aren't covered.. ...and usually the monthly fee is a kind of retainer,membership fee.....as a member you pay additional fees, bail/ticket amount, bail is refunded if lawyer wins case
i use a service at 14.00 per month, it's strictly so i ain't gotta show up for court and i'm cross country somewhere.....main thing is i avoid tickets.....so i just pay 14.00 per mnth retainer......it been very useful since 2008
