I guess we lost Amazon, or at least part of it. I talked to a guard at Amazon. They said all of Schneider's trailers are gone and have been replaced by USA Truck.

I'm not surprised. Last Amazon load I did I picked up as a relay and had to drop it 17 miles away. Was told it was a 24 hour drop location and had to be there by midnight. Got there at like 2200 and couldn't drop it. Waited until next morning and went to drop it only to have my appointment # not work. Finally security find out it was supposed to be delivered 2 days earlier and had to be rescheduled. Ended up dropping it back at the SNI drop lot to be rescheduled.

What level of incompetance ####s up such a job security type account?

I know some of this is on the drivers.

On the related load I had, most likely the original driver didn't make the delivery appointment or couldn't deliver for whatever reason so they related it to the drop lot and forgot to reschedule with Amazon.

If Sni says 24 hr drop and it's not that's C's not a driver issue.

We as drivers can only do as w/a says.

If they're that incompetent ....what's that say about SNI if SNI lost it to them.
