Does CT Transportation do a background check prior to orientation?

 

I believe every company has to by law.

 

Ok just checking. Had a misdemeanor about 6 years back told them about it but she said they only went back 3 years so just didn't want to get there to get turned down

 

Doubt you would get denied for a6yr old misdemeanor. You probably would if you didn't declare it

 

Ok. Hoping they do all of that before orientation though

 

They will, but you aren't officially hired until your drug screen comes back

Be 100% honest and upfront! If they feel you are trying to hide ANYTHING they will DMS you. If you bring everything to the table it makes you look a lot better. Just don't give them the impression that you are trying to get over on them. We already have enough dirtbags like that.

 

Also criminal background before orientation?
