I went to crst to get my Cdl signed the contract. This was back in Jan 14 now I didn't not complete the 8 months losty license. Now almost 3 years later they claim I'm still under contract. The non compete clause states 8 months of employment or reimbursement. To be released the goes to define the restrictive term. Which reads. Any amount of time remaining of the "term" after termination of crst's employment of employee with or without cause by either party. To me seems like the contract was voided in Oct 14. Why in the world are they claiming I'm under contract.

Not yet difficult when you're broke. Also them sending companies threatening letters is not helping my situation. Side note called them they want me to go completely back through the cource and sign another contract.

The only company I could convince to send me a copy was kllm. The letter stated that I was under contract and quoted a legal case against jb hunt about their contract. And ended with basically they would like to avoid confrontation with your company.

You still need to pay them before your name is erased from the contract.Alot of trucking companies won't hire as long as youre still on crst contract. The contract may have expired but the payments have not.

What's not to understand, the op is legally obligated to pay off his debt with CRST and untill that is done he's still tied to CRST.This isn't any different then credit cards, they may expire but you still have the debt to pay off.
