Does Steven's allow you to keep a beard? I like my beard but if I have to chop it to work then I'll just have to do without it.

I missed the guy with the mohawk... but there are people in all manner of dress and appearance here. Beards are not an issue.

Though the company allows us to wear a beard and whatnot, does that drop our respect points? Meaning, does the employees talk smack in th hallways saying "look at this guy with this pathetic (whatever he has; facial hair, haircut, piercing, etc ). I want to keep a proper professionalism in this company and not be looked down upon.

Can't answer that... I am a driver and not in on the office gossip, but probably not. I have a goatee, I also try to dress professional on the yard here. Today I had a workshop and some clearing to do so it was polo short, jeans and work boots.

There's one driver that looks like the Geico 'caveman' to me. Plenty of guys with 'dreads', etc. Most people seem very respectful of each other.

Well in a way you are a salesman or person with your company.
You are what the shippers and recivers see when you show to pick up or deliver the product..

Only reason I'm growing out my beard because I'm not from up north and between now and maybe mid March for some areas, it's going to be cold without a doubt. I have to keep my face warm!
