Log violation

Hi
One of my driver got a log violation he didn't told me about it today I found the violation report which says that the carrier has to singh it and fax back to the number that they provided within in 15 days
It's been now 20 days since that violation
Already fired the driver
I don't know what do now if any body knows any thing please let me know
I'll appreciate that

 

How serious of a log violation was it?

Well I was gunna say if he was a decent hand I probably wouldn't have fired him.

But since he can't use a calculator you probably did the right thing.
