Jeff, I'm in my second week of orientation, can you tell me more about the zip code to zip code cpm, does it seem to affect your paid miles?

Your Qcom will state the miles for the load. Actual miles will depend on your route. It's not hub miles. They are not nit picky about routes as long as you don't go too far over. I went about 130 miles out of the way once to avoid bad weather. Never heard a word.

I think Melton wants you out 2 weeks at time where as McElroy gets you home on the weekends.Talked to some Melton drivers that said they make $70,000 a year but they had driver facing cameras which I could not accept

I am headed to the Ennis, Tx terminal on April 4th for orientation. Live near OKC. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the physical agility test. I'm a little overweight. Knees not in the best shape. Been flatbeding for right at a year and have no trouble doing the job whatsoever. Just don't want to quit where I'm working now and then get sent home. Can you give me an idea how strenuous the agility test is?
    Thank you!

I went to nc for the first two weeks of training, the agility test wasnt hard they basically had a series of tests setup and checked our heartrate frequently for example you have a table with numbers under each corner you simply go to the first corner lean over and say the number and proceed to the next corner and so on and after so many they will check your heartrate.......another one was a ladder, climb up 3 steps on the ladder and say 1, step down to ground and back up and say 2 and so on until they tell you to stop and check heartrate
