    Is this just another starter company or a good long term company? I'm with a starter company now and I've about had it with the mega company motto! I've been looking for some smaller companies that I could be home more with and paid better but I'm having a hard time! I like that this company says home every weekend but don't want to just jump in and find myself in a bigger heep than I'm in already
