Show this information to an MD, preferably an endocrinologist. I'll wager he doesn't have a very high opinion of it. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you ingest. Simple as that. And, since I'm raining on your parade...we're all going to die. If you live long enough you'll have outlived everyone who has memory of you.
Am I having a parade now? It's funny how posting a thread in the Driver's Health section gets so many insecure peoples' knickers in a knot. What did they expect to see when they clicked the title? A wiring diagram? Good grief.
Calm down, there's no need to get overwrought. It was just me disagreeing with your message...it wasn't a personal attack. Concerning medical matters I tend to be very conservative and hold to the beliefs I was taught by my wife, an MD for over fifty years. Sometimes that causes me to fall behind the curve in current medical knowledge but it usually keeps me from falling for the false promises of people whose only real interest in medicine is making money from it. My wife and her colleagues took a dim view of "miracle drugs" and those who espouse them. Having seem those people at work and having listened to their stories around the dinner table I tend to have a lot of faith in their judgement.
"Show this information to an MD....If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you ingest...Calm down..." The issuance of commands, the delusional presuppositions, the labeling are all symtoms of a much deeper problem.
Show it to a pharmacist, not an MD. They know far more than an MD about these drugs and how they work. Print out what you wrote. Theyll get pissed if you try to show them a video.
