Try Satellite Radio Superstore. If you can't find it on their website, call them.

Amazon has many. Do a search for 'your radio model number power plug' and you will probably find one. Just bought one for $8 with free shipping for an old sirius radio. You could make your own, but many of the more recent sat radios do not take 12v directly, the OEM cig lighter adapter drops it down to 5v. I thought about wiring up a USB connector with wire, to the appropriate sized plug for the radio, but since I had no problem finding the right setup at Amazon, heck with it.
    :)
(yeah, doesn't fix it TODAY, but will have it in a few days when I get home)

Why spend money when they will send you a free radio? My Stratus 5 stopped working because of the dock. I replaced it and that one failed shortly. I called to cancel my subscription because I read here that they would send you a new radio to keep you. They sent me an Onyx nicer than my original radio for free.

Well I did find a new plug on the tss radio website for twelve bucks incl shipping. I really hope it works because this radio has a remote control to change channels and most importantly fast forward and rewind up to 1 hour of content.

It appears Sirius has reduced the radios they sell now to just 3 models and not sure if they come with remotes and only have rewind up to 30 minutes.

My radio is power with a usb. Got it from ebay. I mount it high up on the sleeper, you got to get it high enough so when you're going northbound the top and trailer doesn't block it. Works great, I use to have a truck antenna mount on the mirror. That works too but the stock on works great if you know where to mount it

OK an update, the power cord I had bought did not power up the radio. So I ended up buying an Onyx Plus which has rewind, play/pause and fast forward up to 1 hour of content.

I suspect the old radio the dock was bad or the radio itself. I see I can get a new dock and try that or a new Stratus 5 radio which may or may not work with my remote.

In the meantime I' m really liking the Onyx. I have it glued to the top of the Qualcomm and easy to reach for rewind/fast forward.
