    Does anyone know if Swift hires within 1 year? or are they one of these 90 days after graduating or you have to go back to trucking school? Thank you

    I went through orientation with a guy getting the refresher. He had about a year of experience like 10 years back.

    If you have a CDL in your pocket they'll take you. Just have to go through training
