My wife and I have been talking with Keturah, and we may be heading to Crowder in October. We are wondering, if Conway is a good company for teams? How many miles are teams getting? What is the team rate? Any info you can give us is appreciated. Thanks in advance for your replies.
they love teams. i think it starts at .42 cpm to the truck avg 5500 6000 mpwk sometimes less sometimes more do a search conway teams
I team with Conway, we did the Crowder finishing program with Kelly. It was all great! Great hotels, food, people etc. Teams start at .44 a mile, you each get paid .22 for every single mile. We get 5000-6000 miles a week on average. We have slow weeks when freight is hard to come by and weeks that have been so busy I don't know how we did it, 7800 miles!!!! It's good here...
