You do realize you are digging up 40 year old arguments for and against Pee Testing.

If you are doing something that remains in your system sometime when you come on duty stop it.

People only bust themselves, those who do the drugs or drink too close to onduty status knowing they are breaking the rules.

It' cannot be any more clear than that. If you enjoy a sip or drink or smoke AFTER work heading into the weekend, have at it. But you will not be doing that as part of your morning breakfast prior to running 600 miles.
