I have never filled up more than 150 gallons, and that is with truck showing E. How much more fuel could I have used? Any idea if (2) tanks, marked 100G capacity each, what is the actual working quantity of fuel?

Believe tanks are marked at filler neck usable capacity is 90%
But if you run them that low you risk sucking air and possible damage to fuel system.

Don't run it long after the light comes on. I've ran my Mack about 10 miles after the light came on and it only took 114 gallons, 2 100 gallon tanks. If you run it too low it will run out of fuel even if there's still fuel in the tanks, just because it sucked up an air pocket due to going down or up a hill.

Another thing with the Cascadias, the fuel gauges are usually 1/8 to 1/4 off too.
